MEET THE FOUNDERS WYNDEE & DAVE
Co-owners and married couple, Wyndee and Dave Forrest, conjured up the big idea for CraftHaus Brewery while traveling through Europe. They noticed that they were immersed in a craft beer culture where people take their time to enjoy quality beer just as much as they enjoy talking to the people around them. Now, they want to bring that back and help build their Las Vegas community one pint at a time.
Also, Wyndee and Dave were successful in changing city licensing to a more modern, craft-friendly license. Dave's craft beer roots started with a passion for homebrewing and bringing people together around a beer or two. Wyndee's background is in working as a publicist on the Las Vegas Strip. They are both University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduates. Wyndee is also serving as President of the Nevada Craft Brewers Association for 2020-2024.
MEEt armando donis-lead Brewer
Armando Donis is the kind of brewer whose journey reflects true passion, grit, and heart. What started as a homebrewing hobby quickly turned into something more when he joined CraftHaus Brewery as a beertender. From behind the bar, Armando immersed himself in the world of craft beer—learning, asking questions, and building relationships. His dedication and natural leadership led him to become taproom manager, but he never lost sight of his ultimate goal: to brew.
Through persistence, curiosity, and an undeniable work ethic, Armando earned his place on the brew team—and over the past five years, he’s been brewing up a storm ever since. Constantly driven to learn and refine his craft, he brings both creativity and precision to every batch. Just as importantly, he leads with an easygoing spirit and a positive, grounded energy that sets the tone for the entire team.
We’re incredibly proud to have Armando at the helm, leading the charge and helping shape the future of CraftHaus beer.
